Thank you so much for choosing Platinum! I'm Adelle and I've owned this operation since 2016. Although we started as a hair salon, our team currently offers a wide range of services including hair, lashes, eyebrow services, and nails. As a salon owner, my philosophy on how I run my business has come down to two focuses. 

My first focus will always our guest's experience. I believe when you come to our salon as a guest, you should feel at peace and have full trust in your stylist. From the moment you enter our building, to your thorough consultation with your stylists, throughout the process, until the moment you walk out, you will feel valued. Our team of seasoned stylists have dedicated countless hours on advanced education in order to bring our guests the best possible services there are to offer. 

My second focus is dedicated to pouring into my team here at Platinum. I believe that by maintaining a strong and healthy team that builds each other up, we're able to continue to stay inspired as artists. I am passionate about my team members enjoying their work environment and also feeling a sense of peace and camaraderie with one another. Additionally, I find it imperative that my team feels empowered through not only their craft but in their business as well. I make myself available for my team to discuss business strategy, budgeting, and more in order to give them the tools to be as successful as possible.
